By accessing or using TradeTrack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

TradeTrack is a construction scheduling and crew management platform designed for home builders, general contractors, and trade businesses. The Service includes project scheduling, crew time tracking, workspace management, and related features as described on our website.

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Subscription and Billing

TradeTrack offers subscription-based plans with different features and limits:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

Acceptable Use

Termination
